This comfortable Costa de la Luz pool villa is surrounded by a 1000 sqm garden, situated very quietly in a blind alley. The large terrace can be accessed from the living room and from the kitchen and faces the pool area with a 10 x 5 m swimming pool. Barbecue, outside shower and car parking on the grounds.
The house:
The villa is comfortably furnished and nicely decorated. The living-room with an open fire place and satellite TV, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing-machine and a double bedroom with bathroom are on the ground floor. On the first floor you find another bedroom , which opens up to a glassed- in terrace with a nice view of the pool and the garden. Of course, this bedroom has ensuite shower and toilet as well. For cooler days in the winter months, the house is equipped with electric heating and solar energy.
