This vacation villa is situated in a 1.000 sqm garden with big pine trees and green lawns, only 800 m from the great Costa de la Luz beaches. In front of the house is the large pool area with outdoor shower. A roofed terrace beside the pool, a second one in front of the kitchen. Car parking on the grounds.
House:
The living/dining-room with satellite TV, open fireplace and view of the pool-area is nicvely furnished. The kitchen is small, but completely equipped with dishwasher and washing machine and opens to the terrace behind the house. There is one bed room with ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms (1 with 2 beds, 1 with 1 bed) share the second bathroom. A comfortable and cosy house for 2 people or a small family. A small appartement (douple room, bathroom, roof terrace) with separate entrance can be opened (please ask for the surcharge).The sunny pool area invites for a refreshing swim all year around.
